What will happen next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
Your complaint will be investigated by a senior member of the firm who is not directly involved in the matter where possible.
We aim to provide a full written response within 28 days. If we need more time, we will keep you informed.
Legal Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.
You must usually refer your complaint:
Within 6 months of our final response
Within 1 year from the date of the issue
